ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All registrations fee/admin fees are paid up-front and are Non Refundable.
2. The student’s failure to attend classes for whatever shall in no way entitle him/her to
reduction in fees nor will it absolve him/her or other signatories to this document
from full liability for the payment of fees and other charges.
3. No cancellation of this contract shall be of force or effect without the written
consent there to by an authorised officer of Lephalale Business and Technical
College.
4. The right to attend classes and write exams is non-transferable.
5. Lephalale Business and Technical College shall have the right to alter all time tables,
course commencement and completion date, where and whenever necessary as well
as holiday durations.
6. Lephalale Business and Technical College reserves the right to exclude the students
from classes and examination as it may be deemed necessary without in anyway
detracting from the of recovering the fees payable by the student and to withhold
the student’s examination results or to dismiss him/her for failing to pay all or part
of required fees or failing to comply with any college rules or terms of this contract.
7. The student and other signatories hereby agree to pay all tuition and other fees
whenever they fall due to Lephalale Business and Technical College without any
further notice being issued. Should Lephalale Business and Technical College
institute legal action against fess defaulters, the liability of all costs involved will fall
on signatories to this contract other than Lephalale Business and Technical College
as well as severely.
8. Where tuition are payable in instalments to Lephalale Business and Technical, failure
to pay any single instalment in time will result in the full balance becoming
immediately due and payable without further notice.
9. Tuition fees payable to Lephalale Business and Technical College do not include
member fees, accommodation fees, stationery fees (including modules and
textbooks) or other items. Where fees for external exams and study materials are
not known in advance, the student hereby accept the quotations or changes thereof
whenever made in the course of the study programme.
10. Furthermore it is the responsibility of the student to bear the cost of transport for
the study programme trips, stationery and other specialized consumables used
during the course.
11. External assessments and examinations are compulsory in all our programmes. The
student is responsible for ensuring that he/she has been registered for the correct or
relevant examination with the institute or exam body.
